Scope
These terms govern the use of QR guru, operated by Marie Laude, and the Pro subscription.
Plans
Free is free with no time limit. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on the Pricing page, taxes included according to your country.
Seller and payment
Pro is sold by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record. Payment is charged at subscription and at each renewal. Invoices are issued by Polar.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from your account; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right unless they started using Pro features and agreed to waive it.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you encode. Using the service to distribute unlawful or deceptive content is prohibited.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always scan-test a QR code before printing. Our liability is capped at the amount paid over the last 12 months.
Governing law
Sales are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record: its terms govern the payment transaction. Otherwise, the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence applies, without prejudice to mandatory provisions. Parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
